i've watched the movie ray.... and cried! i love ray charles! people don't think i do for some reason. but, i love gospelish blues for some reason. yet, i don't believe in higher powers.... hmmmm... i was also watching classic videos on classic VH1 that my father had tivo'd not to long ago.... the first music video that came up was "you make me feel like dancing," by leo sayer. the first thing that jumped into my head was DAD..... my father looks like mr. leo sayer. minus the afro and the lame dance moves and the high head voice..... now in the chorus his high voice goes to a natural voice. what was that all about? the song sounds great and all... don't get me wrong! :) every once in a while it looks like leo makes a little twitching move here and there with his head. its cute! like he just has a nerve problem. the twitch is always on a beat. then during the second half of the song he does a little "there is no place like home," swish of the legs. oh mr. leo sayer, you were hot back in the day. i saw a recent picture of you, of course you have aged, but, it isn't that bad.
